A lot has been happening. Here is an update.
Well, this little sweet girl moved away. I wanted to go with her(she moved to my favorite state)but she said that I had to stay and teach the class.
A wonderful former student of mine stopped by to help one day. She is in middle school now.
It was this adorable girl's birthday a few weeks ago and her mom brought cupcakes in a plastic cup. I thought that was so cleaver. 
One day we read the story called "The Apple Pie Tree." I had the kids draw pictures of apple trees for a coloring contest. These are our winners.

So your school still allows homemade treats? That is so good! Around here it all has to come packaged from a store.
